How can you help others if you don’t feel safe in your home? The Canary Foundation provides deadbolt locks on every bedroom door that is leases as a room only. Fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide detectors are standard for all units! All of our properties are located in low-crime cities and safe neighborhoods.

What happens when things go wrong? You will have the owners and managers direct cell phones for communication at any hour via text and live calls for any unexpected problems!

A Spartan might be something you want to watch, but it’s NOT the feel you want from your home away from home! We provide in-unit washers and dryers, Smart TV’s, high speed Wi-Fi, Microwaves, full ranges, dishwashers, baking, and cooking supplies! If we are missing anything, we will get it there as fast as Amazon can deliver it!
